RPM Group is seeking the ideal candidate to join our team as a Residential Coordinator.  This position will work out of our residential sales office in Hot Springs.  The ideal candidate must have a friendly, yet professional, outgoing personality.  Attention to detail, the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, and previous admin/clerical experience will be required of this position.  Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required.

WHAT THIS POSITION ENTAILS:

The residential coordinator works at the direction of the manging broker and is responsible for overall coordination of all office operations including receiving public by phone and in person, assisting real estate agents with administrative/clerical activities, maintaining real estate files in accordance with regulations, and working within organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
