New Leadership Team for the Future- 

We are pleased to announce a new leadership team that embodies our commitment to innovation, growth, and long-term success.

Melinda Purvis has been named Principal Broker & Vice President, bringing operational expertise and a strong focus on agent support to our brokerage leadership.

Caroline Otwell has been appointed Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy, continuing to drive transformative branding initiatives across all divisions.

Purvis and Otwell join Kris Upton, Owner & CEO; Karen Upton, President of Coldwell Banker RPM Group; and Fred Perkins, Strategic Advisor, to form the RPM Group Advisory Council.

This team brings deep experience, creativity, and a shared vision to guide our future, support our agents, and uphold the values that have defined our company for 70 years.
