The RPM Group is a full service Arkansas based real estate firm that provides expertise in Commercial and Investment Real Estate; Property Management; Residential Rentals; and Residential Sales.

Founded in 1955 by Arkansas Business Hall of Fame Inductee Billy F. Rector and partners Byron Morse and Fe Phillips, Rector Phillips Morse, Inc. recently celebrated its 60th year in business by updating the name of the firm to recognize substantial growth and a much larger operating footprint. Currently, the company has over 300 employees and real estate professionals and operates out of nine sales offices.

Rich in the history of Arkansas’ economic development, RPM Group has closed more real estate transactions and real estate sales volume than any competitor in the state since its inception. The firm continues to be locally owned and operated.

Commercial & Investment Division

RPM Group's Commercial and Investment Management expertise includes formulating, managing, and maximizing commercial real estate investment returns from private funds, partnerships, LLC’s, and other alternative investment entities.

Commercial and Investment memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); Society of Industrial Realtors (SIOR); and The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Property Management Division

RPM Group’s Property Management Division is a full service management company for Commercial Properties, Apartment Homes, Rental Homes, Condominium Associations, and Horizontal Regimes throughout the state. We serve property owners by maximizing property values and return on the investment and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

Residential Rentals Division

Our Residential Rentals Division leases and manages over a thousand single family homes and apartment units. We provide a full suite of maintenance services to these properties.

Residential Sales Division

RPM Group’s Residential Sales Division operates in a franchise arrangement with the national Coldwell Banker brand and does business as Coldwell Banker RPM Group.
