Upton elected President of RPM Group

The Board of Directors of Rector Phillips Morse, Inc, (RPM), has elected Kris Upton president of the 58-year-old Arkansas real estate company. Upton, a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Commercial Investment Member and licensed Realtor, has been with RPM since 200-3, and have served as treasurer, chief financial officer and chief operating officer.“We are excited to announce Kris’s promotion to president,” said Pete Hornibrook, chairman and CEO of RPM. “His experience in finance and strategic planning, management of the company’s investment portfolio, as well as management of day-to-day operations supporting the work of our individual divisions, has prepared him to help guide the performance and growth of our company.”In addition to Upton’s promotion to president of RPM, the Board elected Robin Miller and Rick Freeling as senior vice presidents of the parent company.
