Padgett Mangan

Padgett Mangan, a native of Little Rock, has been involved in multiple award-winning leasing and development projects throughout his commercial real estate career. Notably, he spearheaded the Premier Medical Plaza development; a $50,000,000 + project that repurposed an abandoned K Mart into a 100,000 + square foot medical facility and ambulatory surgery center. On this project alone, Padgett’s team executed leases with UAMS, Baptist Health, Premier Gastroenterology Associates, and Natural State Labs. While specializing in medical and investment opportunities, Padgett also focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Padgett has more than two decades of entrepreneurial and business ownership experience prior to starting his commercial real estate career. He’s a former winner of the prestigious Sam M. Walton College of Business, Entrepreneur of the Year award for Normandy & Monroe; the fashion design company he cofounded in 2001.
